White Choc' Chip Cookies

  • 2cups white chocolate chips
  • 2tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 1/3cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1�cups butter-softened
  • 2 2/3cups plain flour
  • pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 180�c. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla essence. Fold through chocolate chips. Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well. Drop tablespoonfuls onto UNGREASED trays. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly brown. Cool for 1 minute before completely cooling on wire racks.
