Education 1977-1983		In 1983 I graduated from Kharkov's Polytechnic Institute with a qualification of an engineer on the specialty “Station of the electrical part of the Nuclear Power”
EMPLOYMENT 1983-1988		1. Just after graduating I have been lectured in the Industrial College on the electrotechnical subjects. 2. Simultaneously with lecturing I continued my education in the sphere of optimization of automatic operating. This scientific practice reflected in some publications : a. "Optimal operating system of the picking machine". CNIE ugol N4305 9.10.87. b. "Selection of the structure of the operating system by the groups of the enrichment machine". CNIE ugol N 4319 3.11.87.
EDUCATION 1988-1993		1. In 1989  I graduated from Saint-Petersburg University (in Russia), the psychological faculty on the engineering psychology and ergonomic specialty and have a certificate. 2. In 1989-1990 I conducted a special course in Saint-Petersburg University on this specialty. 3. In 1990 I entered the post-graduate course on the same specialty in Saint-Petersburg University. The theme of my investigations is the algorithmic Analysis and Synthesis of the Nuclear Power Station Operator's Activity in the Unpredicted, Uncertain and Emergency Situation. My scientific supervisor is G.V. Suhodolskii, the professor and the chief of the ergonomic and engineering psychology department in Saint-Petersburg University. As the results of the experimental researches for the first time I found out the individual operator's strategies, which influence on the activity safety in uncertain situations. Also I have conceived the methods applied to the analogous research in the sphere where the consequences of the human errors can be ecologically, economically and socially considerable. On the base of these data the original training program for the Nuclear Power Station instructors in Smolenskii Center of the Learning and Training was created and used for the first time. (1991, Desnogorsk, Russia). Also the experimental results were implemented in the anti-accidental training system in some of the Nuclear Power Station immediately. (Lithuania, Russia). The materials of this kind of work were discussed and presented in the next publications: 1. "To the question of the general analysis of the Man-Machine system safety". EMPLOYMENT 1991-1993		1. In the 1989 I organized the Human Center in Kharkov as a department of the Saint-Petersburg Human Center and then became it's general manager. 2. In this organization I work as an organizational psychologist. The sphere of the practice activity contains the consultations of the managers of state and commercial enterprises about making untraditional decisions and about structure and basic personnel's strategy. 3. Also I have a wide practice in doing social-skill training. 4. Besides, there is a psychological providing for the marketing and advertisement in the sphere of my competence. 5. I have an individual practice as a psychotherapist.
SPECIAL SKILLS		I have quite a good practice in English and finished the courses for learning English in the Saint-Petersburg University.
EDUCATION 1993 –now		In 1993 I finished post-graduated courses in Saint-Petersburg University and finished my scientific job at post-graduate course about NPS operator’s activity in uncertain situations successfully and have a certificate Ph.D. In this time I have some practice in Saint-Petersburg University as a delivery lecturer on the courses of “organizational psychology”, “management consulting”, “special skill training”. EMPLOYMENT 1993 –now		In 1995 I reformed the Human Center into an independent organization. Now, I am the general supervisor of the Human Center. It specializes in organizational and management consulting, planning and developing organizational structures, holding of the training educational programs, carrying out cross-cultural, organizational and psychological experiments, the organizing of commercial behavior, the recruiting. At present Human Center and Saint – Petersburg State University, psychology department founded the Specialized Department in “Organizational Psychology” (the regular educational program that contains 1300 academic hours) for retraining of the specialists with higher education who are engaged in the sphere of personnel’s’ management, psychology of consumers’ behavior, psychology of advertising.
EDUCATION 1993 –now		At present I made the report at Saint-Petersburg University, psychology department, on the subject “Psychology of contemporary organizations’ behavior” and entered post-doctoral course (Doctor Ganore Causa).
