1. The system approach.
In the work with organizations we use a
system approach. From a point of view of a system approach, the organization is one of
varieties of open systems.
Thus, the organizations emerge, function and are
developed in accordance with the laws of emergence, functioning and development of open
systems.
2. The definition of the organization.
The organization is a union of people created
for reaching a shared purpose (or purposes). For reaching the purposes of the organization
people should interact with each other and with the surrounding, environment and
coordinate their efforts effectively.
The basic purpose of any organization is
to supply itself with sufficient amount of resources in a long-term perspective.
3. The problem of organization.
The organization should solve two main
problems for its existing:
1. Where to take necessary resources? (the
question of orientation)
2. How to own necessary resources? (the question
of functioning)
1. To solve the first problem (Where to take
necessary resources?) means to decide the problems of goals and the strategy of
organizational development.
The problem of goals and choice of the most
adequate strategy of development are directly connected, in our conditions, with a system
of the vital purposes of the organization’s leader (leaders) and with its possibility to
orientate itself adequately in perspectives and various tendencies of the market
development.
2. To decide the second task (How to own
necessary resources?) means to construct such system of operations, which would
provide the guaranteed inflow of resources in the organization in a long-term perspective.
A commercial organization, which acts in the open
market, cannot afford power ways of providing with a resource. The basic way of receiving
resources from an environment for such organization is to exchange it for the product of
its activity.
Thus, the commercial organization as an open
system is inevitably included in process “a resource - processing-a product”.
Processing of a resource into a product, which
is necessary for the market in minimum terms with the least expenditures of resources is
the basic way of ownership of a maximum amount of a resource. It is one of the most
important characteristics of the organization (alongside with adequate orientation on the
market). We call it productivity.
4. THE SUBJECT of THE WORK of “HUMANITARIAN
CENTER”
We help our partners to solve a problem of
providing the organization with resources and to answer three groups of questions:

effective system of staff stimulating? How to overcome obvious and hidden barriers of
changing? How to distribute the functional goals and tasks between the employees most
effectively? How to select and to train staff for a solution of concrete problems?
3. Promoting.
What is the best way to offer a product to
potential customers? How to construct the most effective system of promoting of a product
on the market? How to plan and to conduct advertising campaign? How to construct an
optimum system of work with the clients of organization?
