We left Marbella on Wednesday (Editor: the 3rd April) and went to Seville, but
didnt see many oranges! The town was pretty though
and we had a good look around.

Thursday we headed to Isla Christina about 10 km from
the portuguese border, and it rained lots and lots. We
believe there was a beach about 100m from our pitch,
but who knows? we couldnt see for the rain!

So Yesterday morning we aimed for Albufeira on the
Algarve coast, but ended up driving all the way to
Lisbon in one go as it was still raining, and we
didnt see the point of staying trapped in the bus in
the rain on the coast.

We ended up doing our longest drive yet, about 400km
which took about 7hours with 2 coffee stops.

We arrived in Lisbon centre over an amazing bridge,
and managed to pitch up and still make it out to a
huge shopping complex for a few hours last night. We
were completely exhausted so only stayed out 'til
about 10:30.

This morning we got drenched again, as still raining
all the time. We took a open-top tour of the centre of
Lisbon, felt like proper tourists! Going to have a
traditional Portuguese meal tonight, if we can work
out what that is!

Thats all folks!

Take care everyone,

We miss you all!!

Hi everyone,

We are now in Madrid, really making up some miles this
week!

Here are a couple of pictures from our trip so far.

A map of route (approx) to date,

Becky and Adam in a Morrocan restaurant in Tangiers
after eating some interesting food.

Becky eating traditional Portugese fare in a special
restaurant in a cultural centre in Lisbon. (It used to
be a palace!)

We tried to do a sightseeing tour of Madrid this
morning, but after buying the tickets and waiting at a
bus stop for half an hour, we went back to the ticket
office and were told the buses were on strike!!

So we may head off towards Zarragona thisavo.

Anyway, keep the emails coming, and we havent heard
from some of you in a while!! Havent had any texts
for weeks either!!

We still miss you all though.

At least it has stopped raining for a bit.

Take Care
