| A native of Bogota, Colombia, Humberto Martinez Trujillo earned a B.A. in Finances, Government and International Relations and earned a MSc. in Analysis of political, economic and international issues; both at Externado de Colombia University. His research interest lie chiefly in the areas of public and private finance, project management and public policy. He has International experience with multilateral institutions and managing programs on different areas of public and private sector in Colombia. His intellectual and teaching interest incorporate financial risk and international relations. He have excellent relationships with high level Colombian government, such as the Senate and the House of Representatives, the Ministry of Foreign Relations and the Colombian Army, in addition, his theoretical concern centers on the knowledge of the situation in Latin America and the Caribbean, including the conflicts and the socio economic conditions and money laundering in the financial system. Last, but by no means least, he is married with the most beautiful woman of the world and he is the father of one intelligent and hyperactive boy: Santiago Martinez, age 2 and a half. |
