4) How EXPEDIA selective ignore customers complaints

 

I sent to different addresses complaining about my case. None of these emails were answered because I was either complaining or asking for information.

 This is a partial list of e-mails EXPEDIA never responded

I had sent many other messages from different e-mail addresses  and to other  EXPEDIA e-mail addresses but EXPEDIA  is ignoring my e-mails. I was always polite. See for example one of the messages I sent to them asking for documentation:

 

I talk to one of your supervisors (She identified herself as "Barbara") on 03-01 asking for documentation probing that EXPEDIA deliver the information to KLM and asking why EXPEDIA ignore my e-mails.

She told me that XXXX would call me on thursday (03-02). Today, Thursday 03-02 at 20:30 pm I had not received any phone call from EXPEDIA.

Once again EXPEDIA lied to me.

 

Please give me the information I'm requesting or tell me why you are denying me that and why are you ignoring the calls and e-mails of one of your customers.”

This is another example:

 

THis message is regarding case ID: [REQ:21826350].
I haven't received any response from EXPEDIA regarding my demand about documentation probing EXPEDIA indeed deliver the information in a timely manner to KLM.”

In summary:

EXPEDIA WILL IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU  COMPLAIN AND KEEP YOUR MONEY.
