Antonio Aquino - Tony graduated at
MIT (not Massachusetts) as Electronics and Communications Engineer back
in 1984. After graduation he got employed as System Engineer in Makati
and moved forward to setting up his own consulting firm. He developed
software for Hyatt in Manila. During those times Tony was happy and
contented with what he was earning but his girlfriend now his wife-Cecilia
Samson, a classmate of him in college landed a job in Hongkong. For
fear that they may be separated forever, Tony joined her and was employed
in Hyatt Regency Hongkong. In 1993, he was transferred and the couple
moved up to the United Kingdom to be close to the queen and stayed in the
land of the angles since then. Tony is now employed as Area Information
System Manager for Europe, Africa and the Middle East for Hyatt International
Hotels. He and his wife are blessed with three children namely; Joshua
Benjamin-9, Janine Marie-8 and Jessica Ann born just this 7th day of the

Renato Barredo - Like
many of us who dreamed of working abroad to find a better paying job,
Rene (Renato S. Barredo) of IV S Cancer was lucky enough to work in the
Republic of Palau as a Risk Appraiser for an insurance company. Although
it was a very short stint for him, it was very profitable.
Rene is a city scholar of the University of the City of Manila (Pamantasan) where he finished a Civil Engineering course. He had worked in various insurance companies in Makati right after graduation. Back in high school Rene is one of the Sports Editors of “The Torch” and held the position of Quartermaster of the famous Model Troop 85 of THS Boy Scouts Movement. Rey Bisda -
Rey was a Special Science
(Cancer) in high school. He is now married to Gretchen
Palapos Bisda and they have 2 wonderful sons
namely, Russell

and Randell (1997).

Luce - Edgar graduated from Pamantasan
ng Lungsod ng Maynila with a degree of Civil Engineering. Married
to Susan, 38 and has four (4) kids, namely: Honeylet (14), Hyacinth
(di cya sure kung ilan taon na. ano ba yan? ganoon na ba tayo
talaga katanda!), Henessy (11) and Harmony (9). They live in Las

Samson - Ronnel is married to
Ruby Nava, a Certifified Public Accountant who works at International Bank
in Makati as Branch Service Head. He used to work at Philamlife Insurance
Company for nine years (1986-1995) as Property Planning/Management Officer.
He finished my BS in Civil Engineering degree at Pamanatasan ng Lungsod
ng Maynila in 1983 and got licensed as Civil Engineer the following year.
He got employed with a Construction Management Firm prior to my employment
at Philamlife for three years. After Philamlife, Ronnel joined Robinsons
Land Corporation as Technical Planning Manager (1995-1996). From
1996 to mid-1998, he was hired as Operations & Engineering Manager
of Eagleridge Development Corporation. Since mid-1998, he decided
to form my own Construction Management Firm, RSSamson Management Exponent
(RSSME) and then mid-last year, an architect-friend joined him and they
formed a partnership, CS Design (CSD). CSD does architectural and
enginering design works while RSSME does construction and engineering management
works. Ronnel and Ruby are blessed with only one child, Ralph Jonathan
who is now 13 and now on his 1st-year high school study at Don Bosco Technical

Enrique Santos - Father Erick
Santos is presently assigned as parish priest at the Immaculate Conception
Parish in Tayuman, Tondo and President of the Manila Cathedral College.
For the last seven years, he was assigned at San Rafael Parish/Parochial
School in Balut, Tondo. He is still involved in Scouting. He
sits with the Executive Board of the BSP-Manila. He gets to attend
the Christmas and Summer Camps and take care of his own troop in the school.
Once he said a mass during Sir Rudy's birthday. The alumni scouts
were there, he was alone in our batch 'though. Two years ago, he
also said the mass during the Grand Alumni Homecoming in Torres High.
He was also the lone attendee among the '78 grads. His ministries
include pastoral works, education, charismatic renewal, youth apostolate,
human resource development and media among others. He was invited
to preach to the renewal communities in California and New York in 1991
and 1993. The past few years, I decided to spend my annual vacation
organizing pilgrimages to Europe and Holy Land. This year, I have
three scheduled pilgrimages in celebration of the Jubilee Year: May (Egypt-Jordan-Israel),
August (Rome-France) and October (Holy Land and Europe). He is planning
to go to the US and Canada in 2001. He is also currently involved
in getting hold of our batchmate and is putting together a committee for
the 25th Anniversary Grand Reunion of the Batch of 1978. Father Erick

Ahmee Fabula-Aquino - Anyway,
I heard about migrating to NZ thru a workmate sa MWSS and then nag-try
akong mag-apply through points system (General Category) so na-approved
naman ako after 5 months of waiting. So there we go -kasama kong
nag-apply yung 1 ko pang ka-officemate sa MWSS. We migrated here
November 1996 and dito ko na rin nakilala yung husband
ko na Pinoy rin (which preferred ko talaga na Pinoy rin ang maging
asawa). Although, I was a CPA sa 'Pinas-e hindi ko naman ma-practice
dito because I landed to a different job-pero OK na rin for a start but
then when I got married and have 2 growing kids
no time na para sa akin ang mag-further ng studies to have a good career.
Tama na sa akin ang simple clerical work dahil very demanding ang maging
mother role lalo na dito na you do everything dahil walang katulong.
I just leave it to my husband ang kumayod ng husto (ha! ha!) Happy na ako
sa ganoong klaseng lifestyle-especially here na very quiet and simple life.
Joy Mortel-Fabilla - Joy is married to Joel Fabilla. They
are now working in HongKong as engineers in a Semiconductor Company ( ASAT
LTD. ) She arrived in HK on Jan , 1994 then Joel followed her on
May, 1994 while their eldest daughter Vallery ( 8 year old) came together
with her mother and father on Sept., 1994. Her youngest kid is a boy named
