Obviously, if you are a "veteran", experienced pet care provider, you will already be familiar with the products and distributors I have listed below. If you are a novice and just started researching your options for foods, toys, specialty & alternative care products, retail distributors and/or online ordering sites, I hope you will find the variety I provide to be sufficient as a beginning for your needs.

Most of these products & sites I have had personal experience with and therefore feel most comfortable in recommending them. However, I do want to emphasize that all pets have individual needs, and you as a concerned consumer should not necessarily make your choices based solely on my endorsements.

When nutrition is a primary consideration for your pet, please consult with your veterinarian, especially if your pet shows any ill effects shortly (or even weeks) after feeding a particular product, (ie. especially if dietary changes are not made gradually over several days). [Allergic or sensitivity reactions can include: intestinal blockage-bloat (ie. a condition requiring immediate medical/surgical intervention), diarhea, vomitting, hairloss, itching/scaling skin, urinary problems and/or lethargy, etc.]

This should also be done when considering any medications or supplements to give an animal. Such products may not require a prescription but may have adverse effects due to species, age, breed, activity level or other conditions. Read labels carefully and ask for explanations if you are not clear on a product's use or necessity, (ie. preferably not from a novice sales associate or a company's product endorser, since they may not really be expert or objective).

Finally, this page, along with my others, is a work in progress. Products and/or places are being added/changed frequently. While I may emphasize dog/cat care products here, I will also try to include some links for caged bird, aquarium and other small critter care, as well as building link pages devoted to those types of pets. If you don't find something specific that you're looking for here, feel free to either email me your questions and/or do another search on Yahoo� or other major Search Engines!
