)17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
)18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good."

Before there was ever a sinner, there was a Saviour. There was a lamb made sin. Before there was ever a man to commit sin, there was a lamb who became sin. Before there was ever a man made that would fail, there was a Lamb existent, a lamb who could not fail. There was not any other plan. There was not any one else to come. So God in creation, in the existence of creation, made two men. One, He made from the dust of the ground, and greathed into him the breath fo life, and he became a living soul. Another man was formed, another man was in existence, the second Adam. Why was there a need for a second Adam? Because the first Adam failed. And God knew he would fail.
The tempter came and deceived the woman, but Adam was not deceived. Adam was the son of God, and was not deceived. Satan would not just walk up to him and try to entice and lie to Adam. Adam was the power and authority of this earth, that God gave to him. So, Satan came to the weaker vessel, the woman, and deceived her.
God is getting ready to show this world who has rights and who does not. God is getting ready to show this world His glory. The tempter came to Eve and deceived her. The master of persuasion convinced her and persuaded her to believe that she could be like God. As a result of this enticement , Eve came to Adam with a polluted and distorted mind. Satan used the serpent, then used the woman and the spirit of enticement to convince Adam.
