Because I believe Satan knew who it was that walked into the regions of hell. Now watch this, when God came out of the body, all that was left on that cross was the Lamb and His personal Adam life. It was perfect, sinless, without spot or wrinkle, without a blemish, and never had guile in His mouth, and He had never said a wrong word or done a wrongful thing, and had never committed sin. Jesus was numbered with the transgressors, but was not a sinner, He wasn't a sinner, but was made to be sin on the cross. He legally became sin, so that He could bring us to where He went. They took that body off the cross and layed it in a borrowed tomb. The Father, the Spirit had gone to the temple and torn the veil from the top to the bottom. "And the sun was darkened, annnd the veil of the temple was rent in the midst." (Luke 23:45) and JESUS cried with a loud voice saying, "...FAther, into thy hands I commend My spirit..." (Luke 23:46) Having said this He gave up the ghost, and Jesus who was hanging on the cross was now dead; After he had placed his Spirit into the hands of His Father. He went into the heart of the earth, and into the regions of darkness, hell if youplease, into the prisons. After that, they took that body off of the cross and placed it in a borrowed tomb and sealed it. Let me tell you something, this was the sacrifice for our sin, and for our curse. Jesus allowed Himself to be everything we needed Him to be. He went into death so that He could defeat the devil and destroy him that had the power of death. Listen to me, going right down through the regions of hell, He went by the Spirit. "By which also He went and preached unto the spirits in prison; which sometime were desobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, shile the ark was a- preparing, wherein few, that is eight souls were saved by water." (I Peter 3:19-20) "...He led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men." (Ephesians 4:8) JESUS conquered death, hell, and the grave. He overcame condemnation, and He nailed it all to the cross. He laid it all down and took it back up again and made a way where there didn't seem to be a way. His life was given for us. Take my life for their's. Take my life and through it you was preserved through the Father. JESUS had to become sin, not a sinner, and He placed His life into the hands of the Father. You might not like this, but the kingdom has already been placed back into the hands of the Father. He dosen't live by blood anymore, He lives by the power of His Father and that's the HOLY GHOST, the SPIRIT.

Three days went by, and His body was still in the tomb. But do you know where His life was? Do you know where His Spirit was? It was one with the Father. He was in the regions of darkness, He was in the very belly of the earth, hell if you please. Why? He preached to those spirits that He opened the prison doors for. Three days later, JESUS came back having conquered death, hell and the grave. You couldn't see them only by the Spirit, but He had a set of keys jingling by His side. The keys of death and hell. "I am He that liveth, and was dead; and behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and death." (Revelation 1:18) JESUS opened the house for His children. He opened the fountain to the house of David. He is the root and the offspring of David, the bright and mornig star. There's a place by me. Moses wanted in that place so much but he couldn't get there. I will tell you what God did. God preserved him in the kingdom rock till it was time to come.

JESUS spoke to those disciples, Perer, James, and John and said, "Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in His kingdom." (Matthew 16:28) And six days later, they were on top of a mountain called the Mount of Transfiguration, and was transfigured before them: "...and his face did shine as the sun, and his ramnet was white as the light." (Matthew 17:2) Jesus chaned right in front of their eyes and in verse three says, "And behold, there appeared unto them moses and Elias talking with Him." (Matthew 17:3) Peter got religions and wanted to build three tabernacles and that wasn't going to work. God is not going to let you, me or anyone else build anyting except to Him. JESUS CHRIST is the tabernacle of God. He is the temple of God, and He is the second Adam. He came to make it possible for you and me to be brought back to that second or to the right hand position, which is a place by Him. He came back out of the regions of darkness, out of the heart of the earth. He came back as the Father, and in the Spirit, as the Son. He's like a hand that just fits the glove of the Word. When He came back, He went straight to the tomb, where He would claim the only body that was His own. The Father loveth ths Son, and when He walked into that tomb, He came by the Spirit, back out of the heart of the earth, and there layed that body that had to go where Adam and all his descendants could not go. "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment." (Hebrews 9:27) You may go to hell, but it will be your own fault. You don't have to, because Jesus has already gone there and has taken the sting out of death. "O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?" (I Corinthians 15:55) "But we see JESUS, who was made a little lower that the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honor; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man." (Hebrews 2:9) JESUS has tasted death for every man, then JESUS went to the grave so that He could go beyound this earth into a place called death and become the curse for you and me, so that you and I could becom the righteousness of God in Him. "And be found in Him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is of God by faith." (Philippians 3:9) This happens, when you are emersed into His death, because when you are emersed into His death, and your sin dies when you die out to flesh, and he that is dead to sin, is free from sin. JESUS has made it possible to bring us back to the place as it was from Adam to Moses. Where death ruled, there was no records kept, and now death couldn't rule, because He went into death. JESUS had paid the penalties of death already, and when you are emersed into His death, your sins die spiritually, and legally you die, after which you are brought out of death, and then you walk in the ressurection power of the newness of life. "Therefore we are buried with Him by baptism into death: that like as christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life." (Romans 6:4) Satan can do alot of things to you, only if you don't know these things, or allow him. Because, JESUS made us more than conquerors through Him when He conquered death. "Nay, in all these things we are more that conquerors through Him that loved us." (Romans 8;37) When Jesus was crucified, Paul said, "...I am crucified with CHRIST." (Galation 2:20) I'm talking about legal things. I'm not talking about natural things. I'm talking about legal - Spiritual things. If that is the case, then every believer died with him! Now baptism is a typification: It is an action that shows something that you better have already obtained in the Spirit. "...For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body,..." (I Corinthians 12:13) And the water typified that which the Spirit is supposed to do, and when you are emersed into death, you better believe it, and that it has already been done, because you are showing by an action that, this is that Spiritual work which has already been done. You are emersed into Jesus' death; this is why He had to go into death, because His body went where the Spirit could not go. Truly, "It's A Place By Me" in the Spirit!
