Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was Disney's first full length animated feature.  It cost over $1.5 million and it nearly bankrupt the company.
It is a retelling of the classic fairytale about a lovely young woman, Snow White, who falls in love with a charming young prince.  But when her evil stepmother discovers that Snow White is fairer than she, Snow White is forced to go in to hiding in the woods.  There she befriends the seven dwarfs who shelter and protect her.  But even they cannot protect her from the wicked queen and Snow White falls under her spell.  Now only her charming prince can save her.
