The Rescuers Down Under

Released November 16, 1990   Grossed:  $28 mil in theaters
Running Time:  77 minutes

The Rescuers Down Under the the sequeal to The Rescuers.  It again stars Bernard and Bianca who, this time, must rescue a small boy, Cody, from an evil poacher, Mcleach.  Mernard and Biance are assisted Jake, their wise-cracking guide through the outback, and Wilbur, their "plane" and crazy companion. They must also resuce Marahute, the great golden eagle and her eggs from Mcleach's clutches before it's too late.

The second movie is definetely made by the "little" characters and not the stars.  It would be lost without Frank and Joanna.

Did I mention how much I love Frank?  He's by far the best character in this movie!  And that whole scene with the key is hysterical!  GO FRANK!

And then there's Joanna!  Love her!  That whole egg exchange with Mcleach is great!  Maybe the best part of the movie, after Frank's scene.

And of course, last but not least, Wilbur!  Great voice(John Candy)!  He's just an all around great sidekick and a great character.
