Hulk vs. Bi-Beast III- Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #215-216-

Bi-Beast has taken over the S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier to be his new home in the sky. General Ross and the others figure that they have to try and get the Hulk to free them. They trick Hulk and leadhim right to the Bi-Beast. Unfortunaley Bi-Beast is ready for Hulk and starts blasting him with intense lasers. Hulk might ahve died right on the spot if Ross and the others had not used an escape trap door to save him.
