1. Saving your file [10 points]
If you have a MyHeritage0 file, open
it in Composer and save it as MyHeritage1 (no spaces!).
If you are just starting, open a blank
Composer page (Ctrl-4) and save it as MyHeritage1.
2. Create a 2-row, 2-column table [10
points]
a. Go to the Insert
menu, select Table.
b. Select 2 rows, 2 columns and center
the table alignment
3. Put the following information/images into your table:

How to insert images (symbols)
1. To find a picture on the Internet, you can go
to images.google.com
2. To download a picture from the Internet:
a. Right click
the image and select Save Image As
b. Make sure
the image is a .jpg or .gif file, not
a .html file!
c. Change the file name if
it needs a clearer description, like MexicanFlag
Do
not
use "image" or "images" as the filename!
d. Make sure
the image gets saved to your
I: drive
d. Copy the URL (Web address)
of the Web page you have saved the image from:
Right
click the "Location" field (white box) and select
copy
3. To insert an image into your Composer page
go to Insert - Image - Choose file
4. To link your saved image its source
(the Web page you got it from):
a. Right click the image
in your Composer page, paste the URL into the Link tab.
b. Preview it and check
the link - Click on the image make sure it goes back to the source Web
page.
5. If you need to put more than one symbol into a cell
(box), separate them with a plus (+).
