Date: Sat, 5 Jan 2002 21:55:11 -0800 (PST) Subject: Another Cold Fic? Hi Everyone! I want to work this into a snippet for the group to enjoy. Maybe this is part of the cold thing. Let me know what you think. This will probably end up being free flow style--stream of conscious. I don't seem to be able to do the other form of writing these days. I don't seem to want to. I leave errors in my writing because it makes me feel better on some weird level to be able to write and have an error and have it be okay. It's nice to not worry about a grade for this. Thinking about whether you will like this or not is actually more scary, so, maybe I should think about grades or think about pleasing myself with a story and perhaps that would please you or maybe just write something similar but not the same as what has already been written? All constructive criticism is desired and appreciated and welcome. Please give me a hand so that I can write stories that are enjoyable for us all. Note: Mint Lentils are candied mint covered m&m's at Fannie May in the US. ~~~~~~~~ Begin Story ~~~~~~~~ Entering the room quietly, a thoroughly reddened bottom waves in the air in time to some invisible beat. Shaking my head in amusement, I pick up the clothes decorating the room from the doorway to the very edge of the bed. My hands automatically retrieve the rumpled ties, the less than ironed shirts, and the well used pants. Dumping the clothes down the laundry chute in the adjoining bathroom, I return to the room for the remaining socks. The red bottom continues to wriggle and writhe to that same invisible beat. The stuffy head combined with the tiredness in my body compete with my desire for that well reddened bottom. Like the good automaton that I am, I finish putting the dirty clothes where they belong. Closing my eyes, I slide in next to my too energetic lover trying to rest. Headphones slightly away from his ears, I hear a faint booming rhythm as he asks me, "Would you like a mint lentil Walter?". "Alex? Are you joking? Are you suggesting that I eat candy when I'm not feeling well?" "Nope, I'm insisting upon it." {Alex says this.} My mouth is covered by his mouth and tongue and mint lentils. The kiss is soothes and arouses me. A wonderful sensation. In the heady aftermath of the kiss, I wonder at the scent of mint everywhere. Before I can wonder for too long, another mint lentil kiss plunders my mouth. As we separate wondering at the strange sensation of mint in my lovers mouth, I slap my lover's bottom firmly. I kiss him to mute his whine only to find more of those damned mint lentils. I swallow the chocolate mint again to find that my digestive tract from mouth to stomach exudes a minty warmth. My throat seems to be releasing some of its stubborn stickiness. My breathing seems improved as the sinuses relax. A smiling Alex reminds me of my audience. A chaste kiss of thanks visit Alex's lips. My eyes twinkle as I think of different vegetables and lasagnes that Alex will be kiss tasting in the near future. "No. I will not be eating yucky things." Alex seems to be able to read my mind. I arrange my features into a puzzled expression. He responds accordingly. "I did this for your own good Walter. I want you to feel better. I want to be with my teddy bear." A lovely little pout graces his lips here. I smile and kiss the pout better. "I hope that you know what you're doing, Alex. We've been swapping germs--I don't want you to get sick, Alex." "Walter, are you suggesting that I miss my turn being kissed all better?" We both laugh at that. "I wouldn't pass up any chance to kiss you my Alexei." Suiting actions to words, another kiss peppers Alex's lips. "May I have another mint lentil please?" Alex laughs as he hands me nicely wrapped box of them. In fact, it looks like a box that I gave Alex not too long ago. Remembering the past holidays, I smile fondly at Alex, butterfly kissing his mouth. Placing a few candies into my mouth, I soothe lotion into my lover's beautifully blushing bottom. I don't spend time pinching and playing like I normally do after our playful spankings. Alex seems to understand. He always seems to understand. Setting the lotion to one side, I pop a few more mint lentils, cough a few times. Thankfully I sneeze. My chest lightens. Thinking that this is the way to be sick: eating minty treats, kissing my lover, and thinking good spanking thoughts, I ease into a peaceful sleep. I awaken an hour later to the smells of pizza in the air. I freshen up and head for the kitchen. Mouth watering pizzas just out of the oven are laid out on the table. Alex gives me a bowl of soup and an empty plate. I sit at a place at the table. Alex follows with his own soup and plate. Alex slices and serves the onion covered pizza. My eyes light up as I recognize one of Alex's favorite soups. Potato, onion, and spinach soup spiced with salt and a touch of black pepper! I hungrily eat the soup. The pizza seems to go into my stomach automatically. It is one of the few flavors that seem to be able to penetrate the blanket of blandness that covers my tongue. A cheerful playful banter flows between us as we eat our meals. After we finish our meal, the dishes are set inside of the dishwasher. Alex sets out mint tea with mint lentils. Washing the candy down with the tea makes me feel good. Wow. As long as I don't jump around, I feel really good. I feel back to normal. I lean down to retrieve my fallen napkin to find that my equilibrium in my ears is not quite there yet. My head and ears seem to take forever to heal. I slowly stand back up again and sit down in my chair. Alex looks my face and decides to put me to bed. I whine and wheedle trying to stay up and finish some more tea and lentils at the table. A firm Alex denies the request. Grumbling as I head back to our room, a loud sound startles me. "What the fu* was that?" Another sharp bee sting to my buttocks startles me out of my sulk. "I get it Alex. I get it. I'll be good. I promise. Okay?" He says only two words in a question, "Teddy Bear?" I say so firmly that I just about scream my answer, "Yes". I don't want him to search for his teddy bear because it usually involves my red bottom in a less than erotic scenario that is all to humbling and not at all abusive; yet, I hate it. We settle amicably into bed, drink tea and eat mints. The combined warmth of the food, tea, and candy make me a very happy boy indeed. I snuggle into Alex who holds me tight as he reads whatever it is that he is reading. I look up at his face while he reads so seriously. I wonder what it is. Biting my lip in awkward hesitation, I ask him to read to me. Smiling warmly down at me, he sets the book aside saying "Expense reports." He 'reads' in a loud clear voice from his memory, telling me a story from a childrens' book. It's about happy things, funny things, and life in general. I snuggle into him more and allow his calming voice to roll over me. Secure in the knowledge that I am home, I flow easily into sleep. ~~~~~~~~ End Story ~~~~~~~~ Note: Mint Lentils are candied mint covered m&m's at Fannie May in the US. Note: Onions seem to clear trapped mucous fluids trapped in the sinuses and lungs but not the ears. The ears seem to be hard to reach. Note: Black pepper seems to solidify and help remove mucous. Mint & Black Pepper Tea: Some boiling water Powdered Mint to taste A dash of Black Pepper Add Powdered Mint + Black Pepper to Boiling water. Remove the water from heat source and cover. After a few minutes, it is ready to drink. It helps a little with a cold. At least it makes me feel better. Potato & Onion & Spinach Soup: 1 large potato 1 small onion 1/2 to 1 cup of finely chopped spinach Some olive oil to taste Some salt or black pepper to taste Grate or finely cube the peeled potato. Put the potato into a pot with enough water to cover plus some(:). I don't know the exact amount. It helps if you mix it initially so that the potato doesn't stick the bottom of the pot. Add the onions as soon as you can. Allow it to boil with the potatos. Boil the potato for 15-20 minutes or until mushy or soft. Right before you turn off the stove, add the chopped spinach to the potato, stir it all together, and that's it. The soup is ready to eat. It's nice and good. To change the texture, you can add a teaspoon or tablespoon or so of olive oil. I absolutely require salt in this soup. The rest is optional for me. Pizza: 1 small home made or ready made bread thingy Ragu Traditional Sauce Mozzarella Cheese chopped Onions -----Optional----- Italian Seasoning Oregano chopped Okra chopped green olives chopped green bell peppers Spread the sauce onto the thingy. Put on some cheese. Toss on some chopped onions, spreading the toppings so that the middle doesn't have too much stuff on it. A spiral motion for spreading or just keeping in mind that the middle doesn't need to many toppings helps to keep the pizza more balanced so that when you cut it, the pizza slice doesn't drop all of the toppings too easily. Oregano or Italian Seasoning on this tastes good. Italian Seasoning is just a ready made mix Oregano, Basil, and some other stuff. I used a toaster oven to cook the pizza. It worked well.
