| Catherine Madison Human Robin Riker (Elizabeth Anne Allen as Amy) ? She had been Homecoming Queen & cheerleading star of Sunnydale High, her trophy is in the Cabinet in the school hallway. We don�t know how long she�s been a witch, but Amy mentions her father had called his wife a witch during an argument when they were still together. We don�t know about any other spells she�s cast. She's so angry about Amy's inability to become a cheerleader that she casts a body-swap spell, believing her own natural ability will allow her to regain her past glories. But Amy's body co-ordination isn't good enough & Catherine realises she must eliminate her opposition in order to make it onto the squad. When she realises that Buffy knows she's a witch she casts a 'blood vengeance spell' (?) on her. When Giles & Buffy go to Amy's house they discover Amy in Catherine's body. Giles casts a spell to reverse all of Catherine's. Once she is back in her own body she casts a spell on Buffy to send her "...". Buffy uses a mirror to reflect it back on catherine who disappears. The episode ends with a close-up of the cheerleading trophy in the display case where Catherine's eyes are moving & her muted cries can be heard. No other enemies. |
