| Kyle, Tor, Heidi & Rhonda Humans Michael McRaine, Brian Gross, Jennifer Sky & Eion Bailey Highschool bullies Rhonda, Kyle, Tor, Heidi, & Xander are The Pack. But the person responsible for the hyena possession is actually the Zookeeper. He is a Primal, an animal worshipper who plans to draw the spirit of an animal into himself. His attempt at this fails, & the hyena spirit enters the students instead. He plans to repeat the ceremony, this time including a violent act (killing Willow).The Pack are led back to the zoo by Buffy & when the hyena spirit leaves the students, Xander saves Willow & Buffy throws the Zookeeper into the hyena pen & he's eaten by the hyena.
