Tom's Rose Garden

This rose was a gift from Jeremy Buckley when he and his wife stayed at our Bed & Breakfast. In his web page, he states that the rose has fragrant double blooms that are cupped and sometimes quartered. They are a deep lilac pink that ages to a more grayish purple color, and nod a little on their stems

Spring 1997

This rose leafed out, then all of a sudden the leaves curled up, turned brown, and fell off. Then the rest of the plant turned brown. I'm hoping that it will come back from the roots. It may have been frosted.
