                             HISTORY
Vilage idiot racing was formed in February 2003. With the help of Skoda Auto, it's first F1 car, the KR003, was launched the next month. With drivers Kimi Raikkonen, Micheal Schumacher and Christiano Da Matta, the car was an immediate success, so much so that Skoda commisioned the team to run the Skoda Junior team, with drivers Mark Webber, Fernando Alonso and Antonio Pizzonia.

The year went well for both teams, VIR scoring 7 wins and the title, and the Juniors taking 1 win and 4th in the championship, despite starting late.

For 2004, VIR is staying with the FIA FF! championship in a bid to defend it's title, with drivers Kimi Raikkonen, Micheal Schumacher and Christian Klien. Skoda Junior team is running Fernando Alonso, Christiano Da Matta and Bjorn Wirdheim.

As well as F1, VIR is moving into rallying for 2004.
We are running a 2 car ford team in the WRC3 world championship for drivers Kimifan and Juan.
