| Barenaked Ladies- I know they aren't very similar to Barrage but they got the Gemini in stead of Barrage so that must make them really good. I also am going to see them so I am very excited! Blast!- A marching band type group with around 40 members. Bond- A string ensamble that plays extreamely upbeat music. Calgary Fiddlers- An excelent band that is very similar to Barrage. There are some really cool sound clips on the page. Chuck Mangione- I recently have fallen in love with the song "Feels So Good". He is a great musician! FiddleStix- Features former Barrager Scott. It has a bit more of a bluegrass sound to it. Grand Derangement- A french Canadian group from Nova Scotia. They mix celtic music with rock. Great Big Sea- A pop meets celtic group from Newfoundland. Leahy- Another Canadian group. It features three violins and various other instruments. Natalie MacMaster- A Cape Breton fiddler who puts on a excelent show. Nickel Creek- A band with a violin, guitar, and mandolin. Nova Era- "Classical Music With A Groove" best describes this group. |
