Recipie #2: Frozen Chocolate Mousse

Essential Equipment: Electric mixer or hand beater; 9-inch square pan

2 cups of whipping (heavy) cream
1/4 cup almond-, chocolate- or coffee-flavored liqueur
1/2 cup chocolate-flavored syrup
Crushed cookies or chopped nuts if desired

Step 1. Beat the whipping cream in a chilled large bowl with the electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.

Step 2. Gently pour the liqueur and chocolate syrup over the whipped cream. To fold ingredients together, use a rubber spatula to cut down vertically through the whipped cream, then side the spatula across the bottom of the bowl and up the side, turning the whipped cream over. Rotate the bowl one-fourth turn and repeat this down-across-up motion. Continue mixing in this way just until ingredients are blended.

Step 3. Spread whipped cream mixure into the ungreased pan.

Step 4. Cover and freeze at least 4 hours but no longe than 2 months. Cut mousse into squares. Garnish with crushed cookies. Serve immediately. Cover and freeze any remaining mousse.
Foreign Students?
By Harmony Hill

Sweden, China, Belgium, Russia, Romania and America have created a new program to help witches and wizards get to know each other from around the world and make friends. This new program is called I.F.M.W., International Friends from the Magical World. The program lets anyone (from the listed countries) to choose a country of their liking and study there for one year. The requirements are that you must be a fifth year and above and must know a minimal amount of English.

With this program, the exchange students will learn the cultures, traditions, language(s), education system, and daily life of the country they have chose to spend a year in. Their goal is to help develop future relationships and ties with every wizarding government and educate the students about the world outside of what they grew up in.

England has been debating whether or not to jump in and join the rest. It definitely has some major positives, but the people just have to wait and see what the Ministry decides. With any luck, they will join in and open the program to all the magical schools in England.
