Born on Nov. 4 1980, George was raised in Eastern New Orleans by his mother, Althea Washington, and attended Joseph A. Craig Elementary School, Francis W. Gregory Junior High and Sarah T. Reed High.
Huff sang in the choir at Greater St. Stephen Full Gospel Baptist Church and has "performed in almost every church in the state of Louisiana."
He is now a music education major at the University of Oklahoma, where he has performed in the school's gospel choir, and has even sung in operas (playing the role of Sgt. Belcore in the comic opera "L'Elisir d'Amore").
A part-time cook at a cafeteria on the OU campus, Huff would like to become a teacher if performing does not pan out.
