Hubbard 0, Howland 5

 

Howland, OH—Howland downs Hubbard in non-league action Saturday night.  Howland scored just two minutes into the game to take a 1-0 lead.  Hubbard held Howland for most of the first half until two minutes before the half when Howland scores off a 25 yard shot to take a 2-0 halftime lead.

 

In the second half Howland did a nice job in maintaining possession of the ball and created nice scoring opportunities for the Tigers.  Howland converted three of their chances into goals for the 5-0 win. 

 

Hubbard did not created any scoring chances in the first half.  In the second half the Eagles managed four shots at the Howland keeper. 

 

Hubbard will travel to Lakeview in a tough league game Tuesday night.
