Newton Falls, OH—Hubbard’s win and Champion’s loss to Lakeview tonight sets the stage for Hubbard and Lakeview playing for the Tac-8 Title on Tuesday, October 10.

 

Hubbard has to win against Lakeview to win the title and Lakeview wins the title with a win or a tie. 

 

Hubbard pounded 38 shots at Newton Falls and netted four goals.  The Eagles played with a lot of intensity, moved the ball very well, played aggressive defense in securing their first shut out of the year.

 

Hubbard will have to bring the same type of game against Lakeview to win the title.  The Eagles will have to play a physical game and relentless pressure to the ball to give Hubbard their second out right Tac-8 title in 18 years.

 

This will be a very intense game and a great game for the spectators to watch.
