Hubbard 4, Liberty 3

 

Liberty, OH—Hubbard put together their best 80 minute game Monday night at Liberty.  Hubbard handled the small field very well and did a great job in moving the ball around all night.

 

Rafael Lima put Hubbard up 1-0 in what’s turning out to be a very costly goal for the Eagles.  While scoring the goal Rafael tore his ACL and will be out for the remainder of the season. Rafael is Hubbard’s leading scorer on the year with eight goals.

 

A.J. Pulice picked up where Rafael left off playing his best game of the year.  A.J. finished with a game winning goal and a hat trick.  The entire team played very well and A.J. pulice, Adam Novotny, and Joe Cummings all notched their best outings of the year.

 

The JV’s beat Liberty 4-1
