Champion, Oh-- Hubbard played one of their best games of the season against undefeated Champion. Hubbard played a very intense game and almost pulled off the win.

Hubbard pressured Champion on the ball the entire night, taking Champion out of their ball movement. In the first contest Champion got off 29 shots at goal on Hubbard and tonight, Champion only got off 10 shots compared to Hubbard's nine shots.

Champion scored in the first five minutes of the game to take a 1-0 lead at half time.

Hubbard's Billy Williams finally broke through for the Eagles off an assist by Anthony Tombo at the 12:00 mark of the second half to tie the score at 1-1.

At 2:20 left in the game Champion had a little luck on an own goal to give them the 2-1 win.

This just was a great game for the Eagles.
