Hubbard, OH - August 28^th, 2004 - Hubbard opened their 2004 season with a 0-2 loss to Howland. The eagles played the game with very little intensity, energy, and emotion. The result was Howland dominating the contest.

Howland dominated possession on the ball and created an 18-5 shot advantage over the eagles. Howland scored one first half goal on a corner kick that Hubbard was unable to clear and Howland finished another corner kick in the second half that Hubbard was unable to clear.
