Hubbard, OH-- Justin Daly and A.J. Giancola scores a goal each to lead Hubbard over Lakeview. A.J. scores at the 14:10 in the first half on a corner kick from Justin Daly. A.J. go a nice ball served into the box and he headed a very nice ball in the net.

Mark Sarisky picked up an assist when he crosses a ball into the penalty box that Justin Daly knocked into the upper right corner of the net to put Hubbard up 2-0.

The score stayed that way until 20:00 left in the game when a Lakeview player through the ball into the net that was touched by the Keeper for a goal.

The wind played a major part in this game. We got caught playing more defensive than we wanted to. Lakeview got a couple nice looks at goal that they didn't convert. One hit the post and Matt Tringhese came back to make a really nice play on the second chance.

Hubbard did not play a good game up the middle tonight. We lacked good crisp ball movement. Hubbard lost possession way too much on the ball, and the passes weren't there. This is something very easy to correct, so no big problem that can't be fixed before the next game.

Hubbard 13-0-2 overall and finishes the Tac-8 7-0-1

Hubbard plays it's last regular season game this Tuesday, Oct. 9 at Home against Mooney. This is going to be a WAR and a game that you're not going to want to miss. Mooney is Rank #3 in the State and Hubbard ranked #4 in the State.
