Hubbard Wins The Tac-8 War Over Champion 2-1

Hubbard, OH-- Hubbard takes control of the Tac-8 with a big win over Champion. A.J. Giancola got the Eagles on the board first, midway through the first half at the 22:00 mark with an assist by Chris Styn.

Champion tied the score 1-1 just 54 seconds into the second half. Hubbard stayed calm, kept their composure and scored just three minutes later to go back on top 2-1. Justin Daly got the winning goal and Chris Styn got the assist.

Both teams played a great game! The defense was solid and Keeper Justin Hayek was in a Zone tonight. Justin definitely kept Hubbard in the game by making some great saves in the first half. Justin at least stopped three breakaways in the first half.
