After 65 minutes of Kickball and 15 minutes of soccer Hubbard ended on top 6-4. The field was small and a perfect set up for an ugly game and was it ever an ugly game. If anyone paid to see that game, I'll refund you.

Hubbard could not establish any kind of ball control. Salem ran a very high trap on the Eagles, took our space away, and booted the ball 100 feet the air when they would win a ball from us.

It wasn't until midway through the second half until the Eagles started getting through the trap. Justin Daly led the attack with three goals and Rafeal Almeida scoring two goals. A.J. Giancola pushing forward finished the scoring for the Eagles.

For the first time this season, the defense run into a little trouble. We got caught holding onto the ball a little too much, deep in our defense, miss clears and late clears by our defense led to Salems two goals. I can ensure you this will not happen very much.

Hubbard opens up next Tuesday night against Niles. JV at 5, Varsity at 7.
