Hubbard Battles Fitch to a 3-3 Tie

Justin Daly opened up the scoring for the Eagles to tie the score at 1-1 early in the first half. Then minutes later Chris Styn scored on an unassisted goal from about 25 yards out. Fitch then tied the score at 2-2. Hubbard goes up 3-2 on a goal by Tom Angelo at point blank range, not to be denied, Fitch started pressuring the Eagles until they tied the score again at 3-3. Matt Tringhese and Nathan Cesene were cited for another excellent defensive showing. Hubbard plays their last Scrimmage Thursday night against Salem. The JV starts at 6 and the Varsity starts at 8 p.m.
