Hubbard, Oh—Hubbard battles Kennedy to a 1-1 tie.  The Eagles played one of their best ball possession games of the year.  Hubbard got on the board first when Nick Pedaline set up Tim Kemner in the penalty box.  Tim opened up himself just inside the penalty box and blasted a right footed shot passed the keeper for the 1-0 lead.

 

Kennedy bounces back just five minutes later on a long throw in the penalty box that Hubbard could not clear out to even the game at 1-1.    

 

Hubbard played a very nice second half and created a few nice scoring chances.  The best chance came midway through the second half when Conor Mogg sent a very nice pass through to Tim Kemner.  Tim got by the last defender and set up a nice left footed shot that went straight to the keeper.

 

Then within seconds of the game ending Conor Mogg ripped a 25 yard direct kick that went right to the keeper.

 

Tim Kemner, Conor Mogg, and Brandon Hines were credited with outstanding play for the match.

 

Hubbard hosts Beaver Local in a tough league game on Tuesday night for senior night.
