| Star Fox Adventure | ||||||||||
| This game was released on Friday 29th November 2002 and is for Gamecube. Anyway, this game is all about old hero Fox Mccloud. It has been a long time since Fox Mccloud was seen and he was last starred in Lylat Wars in which he had to defeat evil Andross. In this adventure General Pepper who sends Fox and his team mates to Dinosaur planet which is exploding for some reason or other and could affect the whole Lylat system and possibly the whole Galaxy. When you arrive you see the true chaos there caused by the main antagonist, General Scales. This is where it begins and you have to save the deteriating planet before it explodes! During your adventure to save Dinosaur planet you will meet a great wide range of respectable bad guys, not only will you encounter General Scales but you will meet a wide range of lizards like the ones that burry underground if you get near. You will also meet General Scales's Hanchman and soilders. In battle it is quite easy, all you have to do is to lock on to them and keep smashing the A button. You can make quick work of them and dont worry if your attacked by more than one of these villains they just wait in line whilst you smash apart there comrade. There are bosses, huge, ugly and take quite a bit of skilll to defeat although there are few and are far apart from each other. This is a bit of a disapointment. There are many worlds but dont take much time to load but after they have loaded the graphics are poor but get better after a minuite but that is forgivable. Worlds vary from the depths of a fiery volcano to the wide front of a blizzard. To get from place to place is really quite simple because all you have to is to kill every bad guy, defaet a boss or get a key of some sort. When going through these worlds you will be accompanied by a baby dinosaur called Tricky. He cannot get killed but can also cannot attack. Him being immortal is sometimes depresing since his ANNOYING LITTLE SQUEAKY VOICE can drive any person insane! Also to spice this game up like any other rare game (ie, Conkers Bad Fur Day, DK64 and also Banjo Kazooie) they make you race bad guys which happened in all those games above and possibly many more. There are also many Arwing levels which involve you from getting from A to B. The Arwing levels seem to get thrown in at any point and get quite repetetive and the first time you do one it is quite fun but after the 4th or 5th one you just want to ask, why!? This game is mixed up of Platform and Adventure. The quests can make you curse and pull your hair out. From balancing on a bridge, running down a narrow passage way with barrels hutling down at you or forced to fight a bad guy by hitting A repeatidly. |

| I GIVE IT 8/10 |

| The only bad thing with this game is that it is very repetitive and feels like a chore!! | ||||||||||
