They [WB11 and Cartoonetwork] have movies on Friday. The movies are always re-runs. The new shows are @ 3 A.M. in the morning. Dragonball Z is on 7 days a week.
PLEASE NOTE: Toonami has moved into WB11 and DBZ is on @ 4:30 PM Eastern Time. Toonami has also been on Cartoonetwork and has DBZ @ 6 P.M. eastern- or what the author states in his first draft.
The different levels are ex: Saiyan and Super Saiyan., etc.

Cell is not a exception. He has the blood sample of Frieza, Goku, Veageta, Piccol, and King Cold. Friezia to stay any place. Goku to have super power Vegeta to have super powers. Piccol to have super powers and to heal Cell. Cell Race is Android Age 28 years old. His dad is D. Gero. He can do any moves his brother's can also when they learn a move too. And Cell is perfect too.
