| Phew! I finally completed my 2nd assignment-NTU scene. OpenGL in Visual C++ is my choice to do the compilation. Hee, though my product is not very very nice, but I have indeed put in my best effort to complete it and now it's time to present it to all of you! In this assignment, we are to create a simple scene with illumination that mimics the NTU campus round-the-clock. This assignment will require us to construct a simple 3D world using polygons and ilumination should be included. The location I have chosen is Hall 14 corridor. This is the scene which I will always see whenever I peep out of my door and thus decided to use it for my assignment. :D |

This scene is mainly made up of quads and cylinders (but the cylinders are excluded in my work due to some problems =( ). 4 light sources are included to do the illumination and they can be turned on and off using the "N" and "D" keys respectively. Simple navigation using arrow keys can also be used to explore the 3D world. Source codes for the assignment can be obtained below. = ) |
