In 1996 the editor and publisher of "America's Line: The Truth is Here" was living on the mean streets of midtown Manhattan. Upon chance he met another homeless person who was selling an old "point and shoot" Pentex camera for five dollars.

And so was the beginning of Wayne Manzo's fascination with photography and photographing the inner cities.
NYC, 42nd and 6th, 1996
Wayne was born in the early 60's and studied engineering in Mich and N. Carolina__After receiving an advanced degree science he was quickly framed by the "alien race" while an intern working at NASA-Lewis Reseach Center(1988), Cleveland, Ohio.
Wrongly fired and continuously harassed and tortured by the "RACE"__Wayne, like every human taken down unfairly before him, ended up on the streets of America's inner cities.
While being kept hostage on the inner city streets Wayne found that photography enable him to capture the "Alien Race"on film and provide proof that the "Aliens" were interfering with his life via very specific cultural messages embeded in society.

Consequently, all of his photographs(and negatives) have been systematically stolen! This is a small collection of those photographs that were digitized.
