MY FAVORITE DRINKING GAME
THREE MAN
<= Back
Introduction to 3 man. This game is my favorite out of all of the drinking games I have ever played. I played this game many times and always came out drunk.
Name of the Game: 3 Man
Number of Players: minimum 3
Number of beers for 3 players: I would say at the least, 12 for each (can be more/less)
Items needed to play: A Pair of dice

Once you met these requirements you are ready to play 3 man. If you have a hard time remembering, you can highlight the rules and copy then paste in microsoft word and print or leave your computer on this page. Don't worry, It will let you right click on this section.

RULES
-First of all, everyone rolls one dice to see who goes first.
-Now the first person rolls both dice and when you see the combined dice you add them up and look at the rules.
-You must have  a roll area. If someone rolls off of it they automatically become the 3 man
-If anyone has to drink because of your roll, you get to roll again (except when becoming the 3 man)
-If you become the 3 man when you are already a three man, you take 9 drinks

DICE RULES (for the total amount of both dice)
3 = three man and give up turn (any time a 3 is showing on the board you take a drink)
4 = nothing and give up turn
5 = nothing and give up turn
6 = person to the right drinks 1
7 = person to the left drinks 1
8 = nothing and give up turn
9 = social, everyone drinks 1
10 = nothing and give up turn
11 = person across drinks 1 (if odd number of players, choose one person who is                across)

Okay, you might have noticed I have left out the numbers 2 and 12. That is because  you can only get them by rolling doubles. Any doubles 2 - 5 are roll offs. This is where the person who rolled the double gives one dice to 2 different people and they roll against eachother. The loser has to drink the combined total of the the 2 dice. The highest you could drink would be 11 drinks and the lowest would be 3. If a tie occurs, just reroll.

Now, if you were to roll double 1's, you get to make a rule up for the game but you have to give up your turn after. Rolling double 6's means you get to make a rule, make 2 people roll off, and roll again there after.

RULE MAKING
Rule making is up to you. Just be creative and make sure it is somewhat sensable. Make sure the rule can be applied to everyone.
Some Examples:
-You can't say a certain word or you have to take 3 drinks.
-You have to drink left handed or take 5 drinks
-You can never set your beer down (unless finished) or 1 drink
-Every time you drink you have to flick your beer or take 7 drinks
-You have to say "hell ya" before you drink or take 4 drinks
-You can't point at anything or take 6 drinks
-You have to drink using both hand or take 3 drinks
-If you finish your beer you have to crush the can or take 2 drinks

These are just some ideas, be creative and make up your own rules. Make a rule about a swear word that your friend uses a lot. Usually we make it so that a rule cannot make you drink more than 7 drinks, but if your playing make your own house rules if you want you, BEOTCH!
