The bottom line for education is the creation of students who not only survive, but contribute to society.
Lasting self esteem can only be gained with honestly earned achievements. Achievement of goals set by individual students and the larger group must therefore be the prime focus of education.
If the people you put your trust in prove to be less than loyal, less than honest, one could say that you are a poor judge of character. On the other hand, it could be saying something about your community's attitude toward integrity.

Sometimes we do things because it seems to be necessary in order to reach our goals and not because it is the right thing to do. In the long run, all our goals can only be reached by asking ourselves, "Is this the RIGHT thing to do?"
To determine if you are doing the right thing, ask yourself, "Can I support and understand this action if my children were to do this to me?"
