| The Highland Springs-Sandston Lions Club is again looking for your support in helping neighbors who are less fortunate. Throughout the year, because of your financial support, the Lions Club is able to see that the chlidren in our community are able to receive eye glasses and hearing aids when they may otherwise have to go without. We not only help with our children, but anyone who is unable to help themselves. Sight and hearing are our primary goals, but we help in many other ways right here in Highland Springs and Sandston and in the surrounding areas. Our 19th annual "COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS TREE OF LIGHTS" project is in full swing and we would like to see you take part by buying a space in our program for an ad to show your support. The monies for your ad are considered a donation. A copy of your business card, or a special ad can be included in our program.(to be given out on December 2, 2005 at the tree lighting) for the following: Business Card $25.00 Donation 1/2 page advertisement $50.00 Donation 3/4 page advertisement $75.00 Donation Full page advertisement $100.00 Donation In addition to, or in place of your advertisement, you or others in your business may want to sponsor a light(s) on our tree. In view of the events that took place on September 11, 2001 and in honor of our troops serving in Iraq and other foreign lands, our tree will be glowing in RED, WHITE, and BLUE lights again this year. Our tree lighting ceremony will be held this year on Friday, December 2, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at Fire Station No. 3 located on Nine Mile Road, Highland Springs, VA. Also, you will receive a copy of the program showing your ad, by mail. Checks should be made payable to HS-Sandston Lions Club and mailed to P.O. Box #1, Highland Springs, VA 23075 with your ad and/or light requests. This information must be received by November 25, 2005.
