SUBJECT:WHY SHOULD MANAGERS BECOME...TECHNOLOGY?
The definition of IT is Information technology that charges the most incredible parts of the marketplace. It is a key to be successed and facilitates its manipulation. IT became an important subject in these days. Which means that the new technology becomes more and takes responsibility to understand of web source code and programming. To compare from 10 years ago and today, it changes a lot. "It became stronger, signaling the need for more interaction and understanding on the part of managers. In these days, managers are using IT in order to be successed and even participate in the IT decision-marketing team.
In order to be a successed manager, IT is the easist way and it has the highest percentage to become. "It is rewarding for a multi-talented manager to deal with change and add progmatic programming and web technology to their skills. It will allow a manager to play a larger role in communicating and delegating responsibilit with confidence." For example, there is one company that wants to have a web page of itself in order to advertise and tells you to make it for them, probably there is a high possibility to earn high capital. Technology could bring the a lot of money and attention from the people.
"A manager deals with people, quality, and planning. A manager who is able to handle a simple programming task can better identify the real cause of problems rather than speculating. Higher uality of performance, better time management, reductions in cost and risk, improved morale, greater respect, and finally, becoming a marketable manager." From this quotation, we can assume that IT and computer programmming are the best way to learn for the managers' high quantities and to be a successful manager.
