The word of "Transfer" means to pass or cause to pass from one person, place, or situation to another; to make over the possession of convey. The word of "Transfer of learning" means that the application of skills and knowledge learned in one context being applied in another contex. These two similiar words are giving two different meaning of the words, however they also contain the similarity.The common sense is that they are learning from someone else or something else to make that theirs, even computers too.
From computer, "it is possible to write one program, and then apply it to different situations using a different data file with the same format, but without making any changes to the program." <
