Welcome to the 08/09 High School Varsity Bowling season here in Greater Summit! Our opening meeting was held at Midway on Sunday, September 14th. It was great to see some new faces among the veterans! Below are a few key facts to keep in mind: (1) COST: $1000.00 each per team girls/guys. (2) TRYOUTS: November 14th officially. (3) STATE RULES MTG: See the email I sent for dates/places...MANDATORY! (4) FORFEITS: Per OSHAA rules, there ARE NO forfeits! If a team doesn't show, no win or loss is awarded. (5) HOLIDAYS: Will be scheduling matches over holidays...if you do not have players for this time frame....RESCHEDULE! (6) TOURNEYS: Here are a few....lots more out there...
