With arms wide open, the batch gave Malene a warm welcome in our junior year.
Having no qualms, she moved her way through, inspiring and leading many of us into long lasting friendships.
She certainly earned that Hark Daughter spirit .
She then moved to De La Salle taking up Marketing and Advertising Management..
The odd thing is, her boyfriend then was from rival school Ateneo.
But, they have proven that rivalry can be healthy and productive,
they've been married for eighteen strong years now and blessed with a charming daughter.
Today, she's a homemaker who always finds time for her friends,
time for traveling around the beautiful beaches of the Philippines,
and she admits: "born a beach bum - is a beach bum - and will remain forever a beach bum"
