HOPE FOR INCREASE IN RELATIONS WITH HAROMSZEK
During the last reception in Rachiv, Standartenfuehrer der VAG Otto von Stierlitz has expressed concern with a slow development in relations between Vladevania and Haromszek. Our countries, he said, share common history. The throne of Rachiv was often occupied by the princess of Haromszek blood.  The current state of the economy in Vladevania should not be an obstacle to the investments from well developed countries like Haromszek. We hope that this pitiful state of things will be changed at some near future. Standartenfuehrers opinion is closely supported by hetman Hrycian. Although the last one has no active administrative power in Vladevania, his political influence is still big.
"PANIC" IN  ZIRKAE TOURIST MINISTRY
A few days ago a statement was issued by the Foreign Office of RPZ to change a tourist status of Vladevania from friendly to neutral. We ask provisional minister of tourism Dr. Keineannung on his thoughts about such statements.

Dr K.:Well, I cannot say that we a re extremely worried here. After all Zirkae is not a state with an ancient history of tourism to Vladevania. We do not even have their mission in Rachiv.

R.P.: So, there is no reason for concern?
Dr K.: I did not say that. In a moment of an economic downfall every source of income is important for our state. Including the meager one from Zirkae. However, there are other sources of tourism that Zirkaens will entertain in Vladevania even if GDC saboteurs will begin shooting directly at them

R.P.: What do you mean?

Dr K.: Economic Tourism. As you know Rachiv  principality of Vladevania enjoys the offshore status for those having difficulties with taxes at home. Zirkae is one of the countries where private capital is never a safe thing. Hence we had many Zirkaens open accounts and deposit boxes in the privacy of Rachiv vaults.

R.P.: Can you say then that the travel warning is a poorly masked attempt of Zirkaen government to start curbing their citizens activities abroad.

Dr K.: Nothing official, but you see the truth yourself.
OFFERS OF MILITARY AID TO VLADEVANIA
Recently many offers of peacekeeping nature have been sent to the office of regent Muelleras. Among those are the offers that range as high as the state government of Social Republic of Schwert. Some come from the paramilitary forces for hire like the famous Black Company. All of the offers are met with a welcome. The opinion of the government is very positive for the import of the foreign force. The reason behind it is not in the military deficiencies of Vladevanian army, Cossack forces or the Armed Guard of Vladevania. Nobody can say that the seasoning of the last war has somehow evaporated. What is needed, however, is a form of a shield between Vladevanians and GDC. In other words, agents of Sylvansk do may think twice before shooting in the back a foreign peace keeper. That would elevate them from the status of domestic terrorists to the status of the terrorists with an international reputation. This time such fame would not be easily pacified since the events are taking place in the independent Vladevania and not in a state with marionette government like Sapmi. Although, the whole procedure may be slow in start and costly to the strained economy it is well worthy of any undertakings.
ANOTHER BUST DOWN ON GDC SPONSORED TERRORISTS
The railroad police have been able to neutralize an armed group of GDC sponsored terrorists who were trying to blow up one of the key train tunnels connecting the principality of Rachiv with the rest of Vladevania. The conspirators were about to lay mines in the tunnel when their suspicious activity was noticed by a local shepherd boy. He promptly reported the suspects to the police. Railroad police (a subdivision of VAG) has immediately surrounded the are and after a brief exchange of fire cleared the tunnel of terrorists. The terrorist group consisted of 6 men and one woman. If they were successful in their attack the tunnel would have been damaged beyond repair thus causing a significant blow to Vladevanian communications infrastructure.
