TEST
PROCEDURES
1. Spaced out two seats in between and leave the back two rows empty.
2. All course materials need to be sealed inside your backpack or bag. They need to be placed on the floor, not on the chair.
3. Nothing else should be on your desk except your test, calculator (no user manual or any inserts), pencil, and eraser.
4. No scratch papers and any form of papers are needed on the desk or inside the test.
5. Students are not allowed to share materials (pencils, calculator, etc) during the test.
6.
Failure to comply with procedures 1-5, test will not be
given to the student. The instructor has
been told to direct the student to meet with the MSM program director.
7. The test shall remain stapled during the test. Loosed test or test that is not properly stapled will not be collected.
8.
You have exactly 60
minutes to complete the test. Overtime =
-10 pts. for the first 5 minutes and -10 pts. thereafter.)
9.
Print your Name
(no signature) and the date.
10. Failure to adhere
to the above instructions 7-9 will result in a max. of 10 pts. deduction.
11.
To receive full
credits for each question, solution to each problem must be justified by
showing all the necessary steps.
12.
Friendly
reminder: There may be multiple test
versions, so never trust your neighbor’s answer.
