| Doris Waleska is one of my writing buddies at Orphanage Emmanuel in Guiamaca, Honduras. Doris was born in October 1996. She is 6 years old. Doris came to Orphanage Emmanuel on January 30, 2002 with two siblings (as far as I can tell) ~ Maria Ines, who is 12 years old, and Karen Johana, who is 9 years old. With the help of a volunteer, Doris writes that she is in her first year of school and is doing well. She seems like a very happy little girl! Both Doris and Maria are available for sponsorship through the orphanage for $35/month. Karen already has a sponsor. Maria may also enjoy having a writing buddy. |
