If a leader is going to be away from the game or clan for more than a month, they will need to contact an IMM and have themselves removed as a clan leader. In this case they may or may not be returned to their leader post when they return. It will depend on the will of the clan. We need active leaders. |

If you are going to be away for more than a month we ask that you send a note to the leaders about this. You will be declanned BUT your absense will be logged and you will be immediately reclanned upon your return. We have had a number of players who were going to be "away for a while" and then never came back, thus artificially inflating our membership numbers. |

Player Characters
Alternate characters (Alts) of the same player are permitted membership in the clan, but must remain distinct in a RP fashion from the player's other clan character. Prior to being clanned, the player must inform the leadership and council that the character is an alt. This is mainly to ensure fairness in any voting, nominating, or sponsorship issues that arise. Pack mule characters are highly frowned upon. |

WANTED
The Guardians are a Non-Player Killer (NPK) clan and given that being WANTED is a Player Killer designation, Guardians must refrain from attacking, stealing from, hindering, or assisting such designated characters, as the game rules have already dictated. |

Shop Equipment
Clan equipment is a priviledge of joining our clan, granted to us by the gods. It has been their dictate and ruling that only Guardians may possess, use, or own the potions , scrolls, clan symbols, and high level equipment which is sold in our clan shops. As the gods have warned that the penalty for breaking this rule will be the loss of our shop, the clan shall tolerate no excuse concerning violations on this subject. Should any member be found guilty of breaking this rule, they shall be declanned. |

Retrieval
This matter is a highly volatile and hazardous subject, hence Guardians are limited to leading people to their corpse or summoning them, if the area is safe to do so. Fists are absolutely off-limits to retrieval, regardless of the victims affiliation. Guardian Clan corpses may be retrieved with the member's permission. |

Voodoos are tools of player killing. Do not create them for others, nor provide the means for doing so by empowering the spell for others. |

It has been determined that each PLAYER gets one vote in clan matters, not each character. The penalty for "vote stacking" via the use of "alts" may result in declanning for all clanned characters owned by that player. In other words, having alts in the clan is fine, but the total number of votes for all of your alts on any given subject can only equal ONE. |
