| Not that the corporate posers are pissing me off enough, but the posers at school. Honestly, im ok with the whole "punk" craze, but its supposed to rep. INDIVIDUALITY. Honestly, wearing black and goth glothes, putting sad shit in your profile, and only liking everything PUNK is just plain STUPID. Im not one to judge though, i admit i enjoy listening to punk, rock, hip-hop, and all that other junk. Thats another thing, i dont see why one has to only like "punk" in order to be "punk". Its so much bullshit, it basically means u have to listen to punk 24/7 b/c your hardcore like that. Im not so sure now if its love of the music, or the style. Punk has become its own style now, and IMO its getting a little played out... If everyone starts wearing what your wearing, then your not being "individual" now are you? Its freedom, rebellion, the def. of punk from www.urbandictionary.com. Whatever, assholes are still gonna rep. their own "punk" thing SO yea, i guess im pretty much powerless. All i can say is that if someone bring's their whole punk thing in my face, I SWEAR I WILL FUCKIN DROP KICK THEM IN THE KNEE. Twice. :D I know this had nothing to do with posers, but still. Acting like someone your not used to be cool, but now.. its just played out. So turn off the KROQ or KIIS or whatever shit u listen to and get online. Honestly, the best bands out there are the ones u dont hear on the radio or see on tv...Oh well, assholes are still gonna act all punk.. /rant |
