a.k.a. "Paper"
I have always been curious about HPAIR but I never actually thought of signing up and becoming an official delegate. I have always thought of it as a big commitment and a huge responsibility that will only take up a lot of my free time. Finally, during the last year of my stay in this University, I decided to join HPAIR and - guess what- my expectations were correct.. Throughout the preparation process, I realized it really is a responsibility and a commitment but the work is a great fulfillment. Hard work coupled with dedication pays off in the end and is made more special because of the fun moments shared with new friends. HPAIR is one big international event, my participation in which involved a whole spectrum of mixed emotions and expectations. From the preparation to the actual conference there was excitement, disappointment, satisfaction, fear and fun but, one thing is sure, if you want to make a difference, HPAIR is worth going through in the end.
