| How to Meditate | ||||||||||
| Are you ready for 22nd December 2012? Will we be able to say, Looks like weve made it. We dont believe anyone can really say for sure what will happen on December 22, 2012, the infamous Doomsday, but what if you could
learn how to meditate
correctly to focus your mind so as to bring about your version of the events? There are those that believe 21 December 2012 to be when our reality will cease to exist. Others believe that there will only be an expansion of the cranium, so to speak. While, still others, believe that nothing will happen. Perhaps you, like me, are not interested in Doomsday and have something a little happier in mind. We could be relatively certain 2012 will be here in just about four years but what will happen after that, only time will tell. Having said this whether you believe that world will end in the year 2012, against, undecided or indifferent; youve still got some time left there are some things that are difficult to ignore. Has this happened to you: A thought crosses your mind about a lost love, someone who looks exactly like that person drives by and they dont have a twin. Unfortunately, the exact opposite happens sometimes when some situation or thing manifests when you hoped it didnt. Is there more to the brain than meets the eye? Scientific research has shown that there is a huge portion of our brain potential that is untapped and lies dormant. You can tap into this area of your brain by learning how to meditate. Im willing to bet that for most of us, time is flying by with exponential speed. We imagine and it happens. Its hard to keep up. Whatever 2012 brings, it is fairly certain that harnessing control of our minds will only serve to help us evolve. It doesnt matter how you visualize it, optimizing our mind has to put us in a positive space whatever the outcome. With a fit mind do you think that you could choose those experience of life; only the ones that bring you happiness? The process may appear difficult to most but put it in perspective it is quite simple because, its a natural process. For the most part, we were naturally born with it but the secret to our minds was lost along the way. Well, our thoughts are often quite negative but if we could learn how to meditate to control our minds then we could rebuild with positive foundation instead. Imagine what good we could do. |
